Harris (oblique) didn't practice Wednesday, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.
Harris (foot) returned to a full practice Thursday, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.
Harris, who made his preseason debut Sunday against the Lions, indicated that he was previously dealing with a Lisfranc sprain in his foot, dating back to the first day of training camp, Eric Edholm of NFL.com reports.
Harris rushed 11 times for 28 yards while hauling in all four of his targets for 27 yards in Sunday's 16-13 OT win over the Ravens.
Harris rushed twice for 10 yards and caught one of two targets for nine yards in Thursday's 24-16 preseason win over the Eagles.
Head coach Mike Tomlin said that he plans to play Harris in all four of the Steelers' preseason games, Gerry Dulac of the Pittsburgh-Post Gazette reports. "He's a rookie," Tomlin said of the team's new top back. "He needs the process of game preparation and to ultimately play. We have four opportunities for him to do that and we're going to make sure he participates in all four of those processes."
